Students from O-Levels( Grade VI, VII & VIII) & AKU-EB (Grade VI & VII)went on a learning excursion trip to WWF. Wet Land Centre. The trip was educational, enlightening, informative &thoroughly enjoyed by the students. At the centre students watched a documentary about how to save different species and take care of our environment. Students participated in different activities, like Team Building Skills, Plantation, Beach Cleaning &Transit Walk . Walking among the Mangroves (Transit walk) students learned about mangrove trees, its root system and the importance of its ecosystem and various threats to it. In Beach Cleaning activity students came to know about the importance of the beach, the role of marine life, and the need to conserve it. The team building activity taught students how to resolve conflicts and become successful team members . This activity enhanced the capabilities of the students to achieve the best result in their future..
