The Board of Trustees:
The most valuable resource of the Trust, are the trustees which forms Board of Trustees. It is a cohesive group of dedicated men and women, mostly of humble origins and means, who, nevertheless, are imbued with invaluable wealth of intellectual and professional resources. But the exceptional quality, that elevates them from the rest, is the missionary zeal to open new vistas of knowledge for the youth.
The Board of Trustees develops strategic goals and future plans, reviews and approves annual budget and monitors the performance of the Trust.
Who can be a Trustee:
Any member of the Sadat-Amroha community can be a TRUSTEE after paying a certain amount fixed by the Trust. The Trust now has over three hundred life trustees on its roll, besides many more that served the Trust and are no more with us.
Office Bearers:
BoT elects the following office bearers among the Trustees after every two years;
- Managing Trustee
- Deputy Managing Trustee
- Secretary
- Joint Secretary
- Treasurer
- Deputy Treasurer
Executive Committee: (EC)
Members for the EC are elected by the BoT.
EC comprises 20 members including President of Anjuman Sadat-e-Amroha as ex-officio.
The main function of the EC is to devise policies for establishing, managing & running Trust and its institutions to full fill the objectives of the Trust.
School Committee: (SC)
SC comprises Office Bearers & one each representative from BoT & EC and Principal of the school.
Academic Council: (AC)
AC comprises:
- Managing Trustee
- Secretary of the Trust
- Principal of the School
- Representatives from BoT & EC (Two)
- Three members; non-trustee Educationalists.
- The function of the AC is to advise EC & SC on matters of academics & school management.
